Twenty-Five Years of Inspiration

It takes something special to successfully lead a design company through the changes of fashion, business and not least the vagaries of the economy over a 25-year period. It means being both left-brained and right-brained: efficient, objective, practical but also hugely creative and passionate.

Jackie has achieved such longevity at Ampersand by bringing these attributes to bear on so many projects, working collaboratively with imagination and resourcefulness with wonderful clients, and along the way being an inspirational mentor to the designers who have been part of the Ampersand family over the years. All the while meeting the challenge head on that is so familiar to working mothers everywhere, of managing an equally happy and fulfilling family life.
